1. Eligibility:

To enter the “Royal Caribbean & Johnny Rockets & Six Flags Meet The Other You Sweepstakes” and to play the Instant Win Game (collectively, the “Promotion”) you must be a lawful permanent resident of the 50 United States (incl. DC) age 18 or older.  Employees, officers and directors of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., The Johnny Rockets Group, Inc., Six Flags Theme Parks Inc. and the advertising and promotion agencies of each (collectively, “Promotion Entities”), and their immediate families (defined as spouse, mother, father, sisters, brothers, sons and daughters, regardless of where they reside) and members of their households (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate in this Promotion. 

2. How to Enter and Play:

Grand Prize Sweepstakes: Go to www.meettheotheryou.com between 12:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 1, 2008, and 11:59 pm ET on October 3, 2008 (“Promotion Period”) and follow on-screen instructions to access the “Meet The Other You Sweepstakes”. You will be asked to complete your registration information to be entered into a Grand Prize Sweepstakes drawing. Limit of one (1) entry per person/per email address per day. There is one (1) Grand Prize Sweepstakes Prize available to be won. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic.  Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsors. 

Odds of winning a Grand Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the promotion.

Instant Win Game:  After completing your Sweepstakes entry you will have the opportunity to enter an instant win game during the Promotion Period.   Follow on-screen instructions and click on one (1) of the three port holes of your virtual game piece.  A prize or offer message will appear behind the port hole and you will be notified on screen with information on how to claim or redeem your prize or offer as further described in Section 3.   Limit of one (1) Instant Win Game entry per person/per email address per day.

3. Prizes

Sweepstakes Grand Prize:  The Grand Prize consists of:

  1.  One (1) seven (7) night Caribbean cruise for a family of four (4) aboard a Royal Caribbean International vessel offering 7 night Caribbean cruises (Approximate retail value (“ARV”) $3,800 USD. Actual value will depend on cruise selected and dates of sailing.)
  2. A total of four (4) Johnny Rockets Gold VIP Cards (ARV $4,000 USD per card or AVR $16,000 USD for four cards. Actual value will depend upon actual visitation and usage.) Each Johnny Rockets Gold VIP Card entitles owner to a complimentary meal each time you visit any Johnny Rockets in the continental United States throughout the year.
  3. Four (4) Six Flags Season Passes and one (1) VIP Tour for four (4) people (ARV of the 4 Season Passes is $260. The ARV of the VIP Tour is $1200.)

The total ARV for Grand Prize is $21,260 USD.

Royal Caribbean cruise is for winner and three guests and includes one (1) quadruple occupancy cabin.  Winner and guests must be booked on the same cruise and responsible for all travel documents (such as a Passport).  Prize is based on stateroom availability at time of booking.  Cruise includes ship accommodations, ocean transportation, most meals, some beverages, and most entertainment aboard the vessel. Cruise does not include government or quasi-governmental taxes and fees, fuel supplement charges, ground transfers, or items not specified in the Rules (including, but not limited to, shore excursions, gratuities, some beverages, photographs, specialty dining, service fees and medical services); these expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Cruise provided subject to the terms and conditions in Royal Caribbean International's guest ticket cruise contract, Cruise Certificate, and applicable brochure.  Cruise will be awarded in the form of a Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd.® Cruise Certificate and is subject to all terms and conditions of use that are listed on the certificate, which include, but are not limited to the following: cruise must be booked 60 days prior to sailing and sailing must be completed within one year of Cruise Certificate issue date; Certificate not good for holiday, inaugural sailings, blackout dates and excludes June, July and August sailings; sailing dates and cabin categories are based on availability; Certificate only applicable to cabin categories F, H, I, L, M, N and Q; suites and deluxe outside cabins are not applicable; prize may not be upgraded.  No individual (that is, prize winner or guest) under 21 will be booked in a cabin unless accompanied by an adult 21 years or older, except for married couples under 21 years old with a valid marriage certificate.  All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  Other restrictions may apply. Prize is not transferable and may not be given, bartered, sold, or exchanged for cash or another prize, except at Royal Caribbean’s sole discretion due to prize unavailability for any reason and then only for a prize of equal or greater value.  Johnny Rockets VIP Cards can only be used for making purchases at participating Johnny Rockets locations in the USA. Johnny Rockets VIP Cards cannot be used aboard Royal Caribbean International Cruises or at Six Flags Theme Parks. They cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Treat all Johnny Rockets VIP Cards as cash; if lost, stolen, or destroyed they cannot be replaced. Use of a Johnny Rockets VIP Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Six Flags Season Passes are accepted at 15 Six Flags parks nationwide. Some concerts and events require an up-charge. Each Six Flags Season Pass contains five free tickets for friends on select days. Passes may be used on regular park operating days only and are subject to blackout dates; Operating dates and hours are subject to change without notice.  The Six Flags VIP Tour may be used on regular park operating days only and is subject to blackout dates; operating dates and hours are subject to change without notice. Tour must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. The VIP Tour entitles the guest (and his/her group of up to 4pp) to a private guided tour including: front-of-the-line ride privileges, preferred parking, reserved show seating, private autograph sessions with select characters, lunch and dinner with reserved seating at restaurants, unlimited snacks, complimentary games and a souvenir ride or character photo. Instant Win Game.  There will be a total of 5,220 random, computer-generated Instant Win Game winning times seeded over the course of the Promotion Period.  If your entry is the first one received on or just after one of those times, you will be eligible to win, subject to meeting the eligibility requirements provided herein, and will be notified immediately on screen. Odds of winning an Instant Win Game Prize will depend on the time your entry is received and the total number of entries received.

The total ARV of all prizes available to be won in this promotion is $175,260 USD.

4. Sweepstakes Drawing:  

The winners of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by Brandmovers, Inc., an independent agency, whose decision will be final and binding in all respects. Exactly one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected on or about October 6, 2008 and will be notified within ten (10) days after the drawing by e-mail  to the address given during entry. If prize notification or attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, if winner rejects the prize, or in the event of noncompliance with these rules and requirements, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. 

5. How to Claim Prizes and Offers in the Instant Win Game:

Potential Instant Prize Winners of Johnny Rockets Gift Cards will be notified on-screen in the Instant Win Game and will receive a confirmation email with a link to an official Prize Claim Form and Prize Confirmation Number. To receive your prize, you must print out this form and provide all of the information required and mail your fully completed and signed Prize Claim Form in a postage-paid envelope to: RCJR Instant Win Prize Claim, c/o Brandmovers, P.O. Box 723188, Atlanta, GA 31139 so that it is received by no later than October 30, 2008.  Your Prize Claim Form will be void if all information required is not provided.  If an entrant eligible to win a prize is under the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence the prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian. Only official Prize Claim Forms will be accepted.  No duplicate Prize Claim Forms are allowed.  Also, do not allow anyone else to use or copy your Prize Claim Form.  In the event more than one Prize Claim Form is received for a specific prize award, then only the first Prize Claim Form received will be eligible for the prize.  Any additional Prize Claim Forms received for the same prize award will be disqualified, as will any forms that are deemed ineligible by Sponsors, in its sole discretion.  You should retain a copy of each Prize Claim Form submitted by you or your parent/legal guardian.   Sponsors will not confirm receipt of Prize Claim Forms.  Sponsors assumes no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, damaged, illegible, postage-due or incomplete Prize Claim Forms. Unclaimed Instant Win Game Prizes will not be awarded.

Potential Instant Prize Winners of Six Flags Tickets or Six Flags Discount Codes will be notified on-screen in the Instant Win Game and will receive a confirmation email with a unique pin code and a link to a URL where they can redeem their Six Flags prize.

Recipients of Instant Win Game Offers will receive a confirmation email with a link to the Offer Coupon.  Offers redeemable at Johnny Rockets.

6. Conditions

All prize claims are subject to verification by Sponsors or their designated agent, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. Sponsors reserve the right to refuse any claims deemed invalid. Sponsors reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion if any factor interferes with its operation as contemplated by these Official Rules, including but not limited to any fraud, virus or other technical problem which corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Promotion. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsors reserve the right to terminate this Promotion should any error in programming, coding, seeding, or any other event or error result in more than the stated number of prizes being claimed.  In any such event, the prizes not yet awarded may, at Sponsors’ sole discretion, be awarded in a random drawing amongst all eligible claimants who have not yet received a prize.  Sponsors reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry or play process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive manner. Winner of Grand Prizes will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release (where legal) within ten (10) days after initial prize notification. Travel Companions must also sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity before ticketing. In the event of non-compliance within this time, prize will be forfeited. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsors. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded and delivered to verified winners. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Participation in the Promotion and acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission to use his/her name, address (city and state), likeness and any statements made by winner regarding the Promotion or Sponsors for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.  By participating, entrants, winners, and travel companions agree to release and hold harmless Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., The Johnny Rockets Group, Inc., Six Flags Theme Parks Inc.,  and their advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the Promotion, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity.  Entrants who do not comply with these Rules, or attempt to interfere with this Promotion in any way shall be disqualified.

7. General

Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of materials/mail/email submitted to Sponsors. Participant agrees to full Official Rules and to decisions of Sponsors, or their designated agent, which are final and legally binding in all respects and further agree that all prizes are awarded upon the condition that Sponsors, their promotions agencies, or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, partners, principals, partnerships, employees or agents shall have no liability whatsoever and shall be held harmless for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons or property, including death, sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in this promotion or participation in or travel to any promotion-related activities and further acknowledge that said parties have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. As a condition of entering, participants agree that (1) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, (2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and shall be resolved, if in the United States, exclusively by arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association; and (3) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this promotion, but in no event attorney’s fees.

Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.  Sponsors’ failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.  Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified.  Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In case of dispute as to the owner of an online entry, online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address from which the entry is made. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. A selected entrant may be required to provide Sponsors with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry. Promotion Entities are not responsible and will not be liable for (a) any incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries in the Sweepstakes or Instant Win Game (b) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or the any failure of any email to be received by or from Sponsors for any reason, (c) theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries or the Website, (d) any problems with or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software or failure of e-mail on account of technical problems, or (e) any injury or damage to entrant's or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Promotion.

Prizes are not transferable. No prize, cash or other substitutions allowed except at Sponsors’ sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

8. Use of Data

All Sponsors will be collecting personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review Royal Caribbean’s privacy policy at www.royalcaribbean.com, Johnny Rockets’ privacy policy at www.johnnyrockets.com and Six Flags’ privacy policy at www.sixflags.com. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to all Sponsors collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted all Sponsors privacy policy.
